Main goal: porting discretisedfield to xarray
- Using xr.dataarray instead of np.array in the Field class
- Trying to replace the custom typesystem with Python dataclasses
- Generalise discretisedfield to arbitrary spatial and vector dimensions
- Refactor k3d-based plotting to improve performance
- Brainstorm future developments
